Whether talking to customers in person, over the phone, in email, or through social media, customer quality play an important role in business growth by ensuring that customers are satisfied in terms of the quality of products provided. Customer quality coordinator ensure the 8Ds are responded timely and confirms that the customer understand the countermeasures that the plant is implementing.
