




National Leading Parcel and Logistics Company seeking the best talent as Hub Leader Job Responsibilities Manage the hub’s overall operations, ensuring daily objectives are met. Supervise and coordinate Team Leaders, supervisors, and operational staff. Plan and control package receiving, sorting, and dispatching. Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and compliance with customer SLAs. Analyze performance indicators and develop improvement plans. Control operational costs, productivity, and resources. **Resolve critical incidents:** delays, losses, damages, and returns. Ensure compliance with processes, internal policies, and safety standards. Coordinate with transportation, last-mile, customer service, and finance departments. Prepare and present operational reports and hub performance results. Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating staff. Implement continuous improvements to optimize service time and quality. Job Qualifications Minimum 3–4 years of experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, or distribution centers. Prior experience as Supervisor, Team Leader, Hub Supervisor, or Coordinator. Solid knowledge of hub operations / cross-docking / last-mile delivery. Leadership of large teams (operational and administrative). Proficiency in managing operational KPIs (OTD, SLA, productivity, costs). Intermediate proficiency in Excel and logistics management systems (WMS / TMS). Ability to make decisions under pressure. Strong communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills. Availability for extended hours and rotating shifts. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration).
