If you thrive on challenges, seek unrestricted development opportunities, and want meaningful recognition, then Lear is the right place for you. **Position Title:** Continuous Improvement Supervisor **Location:** Meoqui, Chih., | Meoqui Plant **MISSION:** Develop and implement a continuous improvement culture through the application of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Maintain a clear vision that the ultimate goal is continuous improvement. * Strive to achieve goals set by management in pursuit of Operational Excellence. * Engage personnel by cultivating a leadership philosophy and approach that fosters a Continuous Improvement Culture. * Collaborate with Plant staff to establish goals and objectives. * Lead by example in applying theoretical and practical tools to achieve objectives. * Plan and organize activities aimed at achieving continuous improvement. * Conduct Lean Manufacturing training. * Evaluate effectiveness and communicate lessons learned to Plant staff. * Maintain a holistic understanding of plant-level improvement activity effectiveness to make necessary adjustments. * Maintain records of suggestions and implemented action plans. * Develop workshops and Kaizen events. * Review improvement activity results against expected outcomes and adjust follow-up actions accordingly. * Prepare required reports to keep the Plant Manager informed of ongoing activities. * Fulfill responsibilities outlined in procedures aligned with quality system standards governing our operations: IATF16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001. * Authority and responsibility to stop production due to quality issues. **TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry (preferred). * Six Sigma certification (Black Belt or Green Belt). * Lean Manufacturing tools expertise. * Project management skills. * Communication and leadership skills. * Intermediate English proficiency. \#LI\-DNI
