




**Position Summary:** The NA Credit Coordinator will be responsiblefor managing, analyzing, and maintaining account’s lines of credit availabilityfor the US and Mexico. He/she will workas a liaison between AZ Sales and National, Strategic Account BillingRepresentatives to review requests, recommend, maintain, and adjust credit availabilityto ensure appropriate credit assignment. **Responsibilities:*** Respond to incoming requests related to National Accountsand Strategic Accounts for the US and Mexico. * Verify in a daily basis credit availability for thelargest National and Strategic groups for the US and Mexico. * Work with National and Strategic billing representativesto ensure credit availability and payments follow up for the US and Mexico. * Review daily Aging Reports. * In order to be effective, the NA Credit Coordinator willneed to understand the credit availability needs to ensure National Account andStrategic accounts run properly, coordinate with National and Strategic reps tocommunicate regarding timely payments which lead to new credit assignments. It will be necessary for the NA CreditCoordinator to run various queries and process massive credit uploads to ensureaccounts availability. * The NA Credit Coordinator will strive to meet/exceedexpectation by timely communicating any urgent matters with all account’srepresentatives, appropriately setting lines of credit to all National andStrategic accounts and meeting deadlines of any required update. **Education/ Experience:*** High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 1year of experience. * Strong research andanalysis skills, strong interpersonal skills with great verbal and writtencommunication skills. * 1 to 2 years related customer service experience isrequired. * Advanced computer skillsincluding MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and use of data sources to gatherrequired information for analysis and reporting
