Job Summary: Supervises and ensures the proper execution of CEDIS operations, guaranteeing productivity, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery performance. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of process improvements and conflict resolution Position: Warehouse Supervisor – CEDIS Position Objective Ensure the proper execution of CEDIS operations (receiving, storage, picking, and shipping), guaranteeing productivity, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery performance. Main Responsibilities Supervise receiving processes Coordinate and manage operational staff Ensure achievement of operational KPIs Control inventory through cycle counts and audits Validate system entries and exits Identify deviations: shrinkage, discrepancies, picking errors Coordinate shipping routes with logistics/transportation Ensure order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards Implement process improvements (lean, time reduction, error reduction) Prepare daily operational reports Required Knowledge CEDIS / distribution center operations · Inventory control (cycle counts, adjustments) KPI management: Productivity per hour Service level Inventory accuracy OTIF (On Time In Full) Industrial safety and equipment handling (forklifts)  Skills Operational leadership (management of large teams) Planning and organization Decision-making under pressure Results-oriented mindset and goal attainment Effective communication with teams and departments (transportation, procurement, stores) Conflict resolution  Requirements Education: Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related field Experience: 2–4 years in CEDIS or high-volume warehouses Intermediate Excel proficiency (tables, KPIs) Supervisory experience (minimum 10–20 people) Flexible schedule availability (rotating shifts)  Key Competencies Results orientation Sense of urgency Operational discipline Data analysis Teamwork. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 1 year of experience Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, coordinator, manager, warehouse supervisor, team leader, warehouse, warehouse, storehouse, storage
