Field Operator We are looking for a Field Operator to join our Operations team in Chihuahua. You will play a key role in the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the plant by participating in operational maneuvers, equipment monitoring, and planned and corrective maintenance. **Responsibilities** * Execute startup, shutdown, and normal operation procedures of plant systems according to standards and manuals. * Monitor parameters, alarms, and trends of engines and auxiliary equipment; analyze deviations and implement corrective actions. * Complete, update, and maintain logs, checklists, and operational records clearly, promptly, and accurately. * Act as shift technical leader, coordinating technicians and support personnel as required. * Respond to operational disturbances, failures, or anomalies by applying emergency procedures to protect personnel and equipment. * Strictly comply with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations (including LOTO/isolation, tagging, work permits, and hot work). * Use tools and equipment safely and responsibly to maximize their lifespan. * Perform planned and corrective maintenance as directed, recording the use of spare parts, consumables, and fluids. * Conduct shift handover with complete communication, reporting equipment status, pending tasks, and any relevant deviations. * Propose improvements to operation and maintenance procedures to enhance reliability and efficiency. **Requirements** * Electrician, Electromechanical Technician, or related field. * Experience with 4-stroke internal combustion engines for power generation (operation and/or maintenance). * Knowledge of auxiliary systems (lubrication, fuel, cooling, starting air) and ability to read diagrams/P&IDs. * Proficient in industrial safety practices (LOTO, permits, confined spaces) and emergency response. * Teamwork skills, effective communication, and adherence to procedures. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and on-call duties. * Basic proficiency in digital monitoring/SCADA systems and MS Office for documentation. * Preferred: Safety certifications, experience in vibration analysis/thermography/oil analysis, valid driver's license. **Location** * Chihuahua, Mexico (on-site work). **What We Offer** * A dynamic and collaborative work environment within a global organization with local presence. * Interesting technical challenges, continuous learning, and professional development opportunities. * A culture focused on safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. **Why You and Us** You will become part of a global organization with local presence and work in an exciting and dynamic environment alongside highly motivated and skilled colleagues.
