Coordinating technical teams and managing service providers ### **Job Description and Responsibilities** As part of a strategic IT infrastructure transformation program, a major player is seeking a **Technical Infrastructure Project Manager** to lead high-value projects within a demanding environment. This position sits at the core of a critical system, with high stakes regarding **availability, security, performance, and service continuity**. You will work on strategic projects at the intersection of technical teams and operational requirements. **Your Responsibilities** **Technical Project Leadership** End-to-end leadership of IT infrastructure projects ( **BUILD RUN** ) Align requirements with business and technical teams Define target architectures in collaboration with engineering teams Ensure adherence to commitments: **costs, deadlines, quality** **Coordination \& Delivery** Coordinate technical teams ( **systems, networks, security, cloud** ) Lead service providers and vendors Facilitate project steering committees and governance meetings Monitor performance indicators ( **KPIs, SLAs** ) **Operations \& Transition** Lead production deployments and transitions to RUN operations Contribute to operational readiness maintenance ( **MCO / MCS** ) Manage major incidents and remediation plans Participate in continuity arrangements ( **PRA / PCA** ) **Technical Environment** Hybrid infrastructures ( **on\-premise / cloud** ) Virtualization, storage, backup Networks \& security Monitoring and operations tools ### **Required Profile** **Experience** Minimum 10–15 years of experience in IT Proven experience in **infrastructure project management** Experience in complex environments / large enterprises **Key Competencies** Strong technical foundation: **Systems: Windows / Linux** **Networks \& Security** **Virtualization / Cloud: Azure, AWS, VMware** Proficiency in **BUILD / RUN** projects Experience in critical environments (high availability) **Methodologies \& Tools** Methods: **Agile, Prince2, ITIL** Tools: **MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow** (or equivalent)
