




**Job Description:** At Manos de Calaca, we are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator with experience in recruitment, personnel administration, and organizational development processes. We are seeking someone proactive, organized, process-oriented, and with strong ability to work across different areas of the company. **About Manos de Calaca:** Manos de Calaca is a brewery with a Mexican soul and presence in Mexico and the United States. We are currently in a phase of rapid growth, offering a premium product in the market. **Position Objective:** Ensure all company employees comply with internal policies and current labor legislation; guarantee that contracts, uniforms, schedules, adherence to internal regulations, and other HR practices are properly managed; additionally, develop and implement career development plans, internal talent training, and corporate events focused on human development. **Main Responsibilities:** Review and keep employee employment contracts up to date; ensure their signing, filing, and compliance. Ensure all employees comply with the internal work regulations, uniform policies (if applicable), schedules, punctuality, attendance, and other internal policies. Coordinate employee onboarding, integration, and training processes, as well as propose and/or coordinate continuous training programs and internal talent development. Organize internal corporate events related to human resources (wellness, training, team building). Identify talent development needs and propose career paths, internal growth, and employee retention strategies. Work cross-functionally with all company departments to ensure compliance with HR policies and best practices. Generate periodic reports on personnel management, regulatory compliance, absenteeism, turnover, etc., and provide recommendations to management. Collaborate in reviewing and proposing improvements to the internal regulations, human resources policies, and related procedures. **Desired Profile:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience or more in Human Resources roles (ideally with experience in hiring, regulatory compliance, training, and development). Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law (Federal Labor Law, internal regulations, HR practices). Coordination, communication, cross-functional collaboration, proactive improvement initiatives, and talent development skills. Analytical and reporting abilities, organizational skills, attention to detail. Experience in managing internal events and developing career plans is desirable.
