




MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Make and receive calls for appointment scheduling. * Make appointment confirmation calls (up to 24 hours before the appointment). * Assist customers with service-related inquiries when required. * Maintain appointment indicators and follow-up. * Send reminders for first service (service welcome) and mileage-based services. * Contact inactive customers. * Achieve efficient distribution of appointments among mechanics. * Schedule appointments efficiently and fairly so that work can be completed on the same day, preferably. * Achieve the highest level of customer punctuality through appointment confirmation. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES · Education: High school diploma or equivalent. · Experience: Customer service, verbal fluency, sales skills. · Strong oral and written communication skills.
