




Job Summary: This Human Resources role is responsible for managing personnel files, recruitment, staff training and onboarding, and supporting audits. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage personnel files and procedures. 2. Actively participate in talent recruitment and selection. 3. Support logistics for institutional training courses and events. PERSONNEL FILE ADMINISTRATION INTERVIEW CANDIDATES FOR NEW HIRINGS PROCESS STAFF HIRES WITH THE ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT RECRUIT STAFF THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA AND TELEPHONE CALLS DESIGN DAILY NEEDS ASSESSMENT (DNC) SURVEYS MAINTAIN UP-TO-DATE RECORDS OF STAFF HIRES AND TERMINATIONS, AS WELL AS STAFF ROSTERS CONDUCT INDUCTION TRAINING FOR NEWLY HIRED STAFF REQUEST PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS FROM SUPERVISORS OR DEPARTMENT HEADS FOR STAFF WHOSE FIXED-TERM INDIVIDUAL CONTRACTS ARE ABOUT TO EXPIRE SUPPORT LOGISTICS FOR INSTITUTIONAL TRAINING COURSES AND EVENTS PARTICIPATE IN RECRUITMENT CAMPAIGNS MANAGE MASS CANDIDATE ACQUISITION MODULES MAINTAIN UP-TO-DATE OFFICIAL DOCUMENTATION FOR THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT SUPPORT INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL AUDITS Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $5,592.91 - $11,200.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
