Ensure the reliability and compliance of solutions ### **Job Description and Responsibilities** As part of strengthening a quality team within a large-scale digital transformation program, we are seeking a **Functional QA Tester** to ensure validation and quality control of business applications. You will work on diverse projects in collaboration with technical and functional teams, aiming to guarantee the reliability and compliance of solutions prior to production deployment. ***️ Key Responsibilities:*** * Participate in the **review and analysis of functional specifications** * Define the **test strategy** and associated test data sets * Draft **test plans, test cases, and validation scenarios** * Execute **manual test campaigns** (functional, integration, non-regression) * Identify, classify, and track **defects** * Design and maintain **automated non-regression tests** * Produce **quality metrics** and reporting for project teams * Collaborate closely with **developers, project managers, and functional analysts** * Support **change management** and user assistance during user acceptance testing phases ### **Required Profile** ***Technical Environment:*** Test management tools: **Squash TM** or equivalent Ticketing tools: **Jira, GitLab, Redmine** API testing: **Postman** Methodologies: **Agile (Scrum), V-model** Testing types: **functional, integration, non-regression, automation** ***Candidate Profile:*** Advanced degree in computer science (Master's level or equivalent) Significant experience (minimum 4 years) in **functional testing / QA** Proficiency in **testing methodologies** and associated tools Experience in **writing test documentation and executing user acceptance test campaigns** Knowledge of **automated testing** (an advantage) Strong understanding of application environments and business requirements Ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders (technical and functional)
