\***UNEA Chihuahua Campus is seeking an Academic Director**\* POSITION OBJECTIVE: To lead and supervise academic administration at the upper and middle upper levels of the campus in matters related to faculty, groups, and facilities, in accordance with current institutional regulations, with the aim of ensuring a quality educational service for students, promoting completion of their studies, and compliance with graduation profiles. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Manage the participation of all departments involved in the induction process and validate the execution of planning for all processes, actively participating in them. 2\. Ensure that faculty hiring and induction, carried out in collaboration with Human Resources, aligns with the subject matter profile and academic performance standards, guaranteeing their proper integration into the network. 3\. Validate scheduling according to academic optimization rules, promoting coordination between the teaching coordinator (if applicable) and the academic coordinator. 4\. Ensure continuous monitoring of academic performance and student achievement, as well as academic regularization, generating instructional strategies that facilitate learning, improve achievement results, prevent final course failures, and ensure maximum effectiveness in regularization. 5\. Supervise and ensure teacher evaluation and provide appropriate feedback based on results obtained, through instruments defined by the institution each academic cycle according to the established calendar, aiming to promote improvement in teaching performance and its connection with the training process. 6\. Supervise the implementation of faculty development activities and follow up on the training plan, to ensure teachers meet institutional performance standards and contribute to educational service excellence. 7\. Request analysis of Enrollment and retention indicators, interpret trends, and define strategies to achieve institutional goals each school cycle. 8\. Participate in the student experience committee so that formal withdrawal procedures are properly conducted and propose retention strategies. 9\. Guarantee that guidance and support are provided to students and graduates regarding different graduation options and requirements applicable to the campus, level, modality, and educational program corresponding to the student. 10\. Personally attend to coordinators to maintain effective communication allowing detection and resolution of academic issues. Also analyze academic performance results and jointly propose instructional strategies with coordinators.
