**Job Objectives:** **1\.** Track and upload reports to the GIM system, effectively resolving technical issues and store image problems. **2\.** Coordinate store image updates, layout changes (lay aut), and seasonal programs to be executed in stores. **3\.** Diagnose, request, and repair equipment including (refrigeration, air conditioning, coffee machines, hydro-pneumatic systems, equipment automation), etc. **4\.** Preventive and corrective maintenance for interior and exterior finishes. **5\.** Manage supplier payments related to maintenance activities. **6\.** Request materials required for repairing faults and correcting anomalies identified in stores. **7\.** Comply with the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule assigned by the Maintenance and Construction Manager in coordination with the Regional Manager. **8\.** Assist in collecting and transporting goods supplies and accessories to the region. **Requirements:** **Education:** High School / Technical Degree **Work Experience**: 2 to 3 years *Knowledge of tools, electricity, plumbing, and painting.* Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Benefits: * Eligibility for indefinite contract Work Location: On-site position
