Systems Manager

Description

Position Summary: Manage and assess technological needs, ensure user support and training, implement cybersecurity measures, and manage IT vendors and inventory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead IT technology and budget management. 2. Ensure cybersecurity and operational continuity. 3. Manage IT vendors and technological infrastructure. Evaluate hardware, software, licenses, etc. requirements across various organizational departments; manage the required budget in coordination with Senior Management. Provide necessary guidance for proper system usage. Support employee training and instruction on installed software. Provide appropriate technical support—collaborating with team members under supervision and external IT vendors as needed—to resolve system and equipment issues and identified improvement opportunities. Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and server backup solutions, as well as contingency plans to prevent cyberattacks and ensure uninterrupted operations. Manage and negotiate contracts with IT vendors, supervise related technical implementations, and maintain corresponding documentation. Create and keep updated an inventory of organizational infrastructure (hardware) across different departments and work sites. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for systems (software) and infrastructure (hardware) deployed across various work sites. Document implementation progress. Salary: $20,000.00 - $23,900.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
