Key Responsibilities * Bar operations * Prepare classic cocktails. * Serve beverages according to established recipes and portioning guidelines. * Set up and dismantle the bar station. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Monitor presentation and quality of beverages. Cost and Inventory Control * Adhere to portioning standards and shrinkage allowances. * Maintain bar inventory records. * Report shortages and product expirations. * Assist with beverage and supply orders. * Close the bar station and conduct cash reconciliations. Guest Service * Provide courteous and personalized service. * Recommend beverages based on guest preferences. * Handle complaints with a service-oriented attitude. * Promote responsible consumption. Hygiene and Safety * Comply with food and beverage hygiene regulations. * Keep utensils and glassware clean. * Comply with safety and civil protection regulations. Administrative Support * Record sales in the POS system. * Prepare closing reports. * Support events, activations, and promotions. Requirements: * Education: Completed high school diploma. * Desired: Course or certification in mixology/bartending. Experience * Minimum 2 years as a bartender or mixologist. * Preferred experience in hotels, bars, or restaurants. Knowledge * Classic and contemporary cocktail preparation. * Distilled spirits, wines, and beers. * Portioning and shrinkage control. * Hygiene regulations. * Basic/intermediate English (preferred).
