Comprehensive human resources management Join our team **Requirements:** · Completed degree in human resources administration, psychology, or related fields. · Two years of experience as a human resources officer, preferably in multi-unit operations. · Skills in leading teams. · Interest and proactivity in achieving results and measuring indicators. · Personal vehicle. **Main Duties and Responsibilities:** 1\. The ideal candidate will conduct recruitment and selection of suitable personnel for vacant positions. 2\. Develop job descriptions, assessments, manuals, and regulations to optimize staff performance. 3\. Conduct fieldwork across each restaurant to assess the work environment and individual employee development, while also minimizing staff turnover. 4\. Maximize restaurant productivity. 5\. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, execute and finalize employment contracts, provide orientation for new hires, and conduct exit interviews.
