The CEE\-G7 ensures every client experiences G7Mx from startup through delivery and maintenance, with accurate information, proactive attention, and technical expertise. **Main Responsibilities** * Represent G7Mx to the client as the single point of contact during project execution and completion. * Coordinate formal communication among supervision, engineering, and the client (meeting minutes, reports, logs, incident tracking). * Translate technical information into clear and understandable language for the client. * Accompany and document system testing, inspections, and handovers (HVAC, PCI, finishes, lighting, etc.). * Lead user induction and training sessions after delivery ("Encore G7" program). * Prepare executive progress and customer experience reports (daily and weekly). * Identify improvement opportunities and provide feedback to technical management and PMs. * Comply with corporate communication and ethics protocols (PCR\-G7\). * Support warranty and after\-sales departments, ensuring prompt, technical, and professional service. **Ideal Candidate Profile** **Education:** * Degree in Architecture, Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related field. **Minimum Experience:** * 2 to 4 years in industrial construction, installations, engineering, or project management. * Prior experience interacting with corporate clients (in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or automotive industries) is desirable. **Technical Skills:** * Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, PCI, architectural systems, and industrial infrastructure. * Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications. * Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, Planner, Teams, and SharePoint (or equivalent platforms). * Technical English (reading and speaking). **Interpersonal Skills:** * Clear and empathetic communication. * Excellent organizational and documentation skills. * Problem solving under pressure. * Collaborative leadership and strong sense of responsibility. * Results\-oriented with commitment to continuous improvement. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Customer satisfaction (NPS / CSI). * Timely submission of reports and meeting minutes. * Response time to incidents. * Punctuality in delivery milestones. * Feedback from PM and Management. **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience * Quarterly performance bonus. * Technical training and professional development. * Work tools (equipment, software, PPE, corporate phone, work vehicle). * Growth opportunities within the G7Mx EPC model. * Workplace culture based on ethics, transparency, and technical leadership. **Selection Process** * Registration and application via Indeed. * Initial interview (HR). * Technical interview with Project Management. * Final evaluation with General Management. * Immediate onboarding to active project. **Join the new generation at G7Mx** At G7Mx, we are redefining the standard for how industrial projects are experienced in Mexico.
