Through teamwork and your ideas, we can continue being the trusted partner we need to be today and in the future. **Scope** --------- Mexico (All Business Units & Plants in Mexico)**Position Type** ------------------ Individual Contributor**Job Description** -------------------------- Objective Successfully complete the current training program for this position by carrying out assigned activities across various departments within the plants and at CEFB, gaining a general understanding of the company’s diverse production processes, observing, identifying, and proposing improvements, in order to graduate within the timeframes defined by the program. Impact of this role and key deliverables * Embody Grupo Bocar’s culture, methodologies, and principles (DOL, Safe Start, 5S, etc.). * Complete each phase of the program on time and as required. * During the "Production Operator" phase, rotate through all production shifts, document the implementation of two improvements in each area, and fulfill assigned tasks. * During the "Basic Plan" phase, attend scheduled trainings and courses punctually, submit assignments, successfully complete each module, and participate in the reading club. * During the "Specialty Definition" phase, familiarize yourself with various Engineering departments, document activities, and generate reports per visited department. * During the "Specialization" phase, document one improvement per month, produce biweekly reports on activities performed, and develop a project in the assigned department using the Six Sigma methodology. * Throughout each phase, the IEE will be evaluated by respective department heads and the IEE Coordination team. * Comply with Grupo Bocar’s safety guidelines and regulations. * Successfully complete the "Soft Skills" module and actively participate in the reading club. **Education / Certifications** --------------------------------- Bachelor’s Degree in MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, MECHATRONICS, or ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING**Required Language** -------------------- Advanced English**Experience (Number of years)** -------------------------------- No experience **Competencies** ---------------- **Pre-Screening Questions** ----------------------------- **FO.PO.RH.CN.001\.01** -----------------------
