




**Leading national technology implementation company** is seeking to develop your talent as a **TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER**, due to company growth. **Requirements:** **Experience:** * Minimum 6 months. * Remote and on-site support. * Willingness to travel within the region. **Education:** Degree in Systems Engineering, Systems Technician, Computer Science, or related field. **Specific Knowledge:** * Proficiency in backup creation, formatting, and software/hardware installation. * Basic knowledge of structured cabling. * Familiarity with protocols and configuration of Active Directory accounts, domains, and VPN connections. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and configuration of new devices running Windows 10 or later operating systems. * Configuration of applications, email, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint. * Corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment. * Repair of computers and peripherals. * Configuration of security policies. * Installation and configuration of antivirus and security consoles. * Installation and configuration of peripheral devices. **We Offer:** * Unconditional monthly base salary. * Per diem allowance (for travel within the region). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM. * Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (half-day, depending on location).
