Focus on quality and regulatory compliance in engineering projects **Engineering Supervisor** * Education: ONLY **Computer Systems Engineering** degree (graduated or intern). * Minimum experience: 2 verifiable years leading technical teams and managing operational resources. **(Minimum 5 people)** * Knowledge: CCTV, networking, structured cabling, fire detection systems, access control systems, and applicable regulations. * Skills: leadership, KPI management, planning, problem solving, and effective communication. **Job Objective:** Supervise and direct the technical team in executing security (CCTV), fire detection, and access control projects, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and efficient use of human and material resources. Key Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and supervise technical projects (installation, maintenance, and repair). * Lead and motivate field technical teams, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to timelines and standards. * Monitor staff performance indicators (KPIs): productivity, quality, timeliness, and rework. * Manage material resources, tools, vehicles, and operational budget. * Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and technical management regarding project progress and delivery. * Ensure compliance with NOM, NFPA standards, and Civil Protection protocols. * **Location: Chihuahua, Chih. (willingness to travel required).** * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–1:30 PM, with emergency response as required. * Resources: Phone, laptop, vehicle, and specialized tools. * Employment type: Full-time, statutory benefits, and additional perks.
