Learn how to use the damage assessment guide and other tools through study and correct application of knowledge to ensure their appropriate implementation. Successfully complete the training program according to guidelines and standards established by the Subdirectorate of Talent Attraction and Development, as well as the Claims Service Directorate, in order to obtain the corresponding certification. Attend the field training program assigned by the Subdirectorate of Talent Attraction and Development, assisting in claims as an observer to acquire the necessary skills for handling on-site claims.
