Providing consultation and support to system users **Private Security Company Seeks:** ***Central Monitoring Operator*** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Law, or related field, completed. * Languages: Basic English. * 1–2 years of monitoring experience. * Intermediate computer equipment proficiency. * Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). **Main Responsibilities:** * Handling calls and emergency situations * Monitoring video surveillance systems * Monitoring intrusion alarm systems * Providing consultation and support to system users * Dispatching emergency response units and/or supervision **Other Skills:** * Strong conflict management skills * Organized * Negotiation skills * Frustration tolerance * Results-oriented * Leadership skills * Teamwork ability * Sense of urgency * Ability to work under pressure. **Employment Offer:** * Biweekly net salary: $3560 * Statutory benefits.
