




Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst to manage payroll, recruitment, hiring, organizational development, and labor relations processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and employee well-being. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages payroll processes and personnel incidents. 2. Leads recruitment, selection, and hiring of talent. 3. Implements organizational development and safety strategies. **Opportunity:** We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst for Caja Popular Mexicana. 1. Timely handle and report payroll processes affecting employees’ earnings or deductions. 1.- Timely handle and report payroll processes affecting employees’ earnings or deductions (incidents, disabilities, income, terminations, position changes), as well as provide advisory support to employees. 2. Fill vacancies at Branches and Sub-branches in accordance with defined strategies, objectives, and guidelines. 3. Apply the hiring process to candidates for positions, adhering to institutional guidelines and regulations for onboarding. 4. Execute and apply local recruitment methods and talent attraction campaigns. 5. Manage a qualified candidate pipeline for future vacancies to reduce time-to-hire and accelerate response times to internal departments. 6. Prepare comprehensive reports on talent integration process outcomes for delivery to internal Branch and Sub-branch clients to facilitate their decision-making. 7. Execute employee promotion processes at Branches and Sub-branches based on defined development and growth programs. 8. Collaborate in implementing initial training and talent development plans during employee onboarding and promotion. 9. Implement institutional health and safety, and organizational development strategies, plans, and guidelines (culture, climate, leadership, change management, organizational design and planning, performance, compensation, and benefits) across Regional Offices, Branches, and Sub-branches. 10. Identify health and safety needs, as well as organizational development needs (culture, climate, leadership, change management, organizational design and planning, performance, compensation, and benefits) across Regional Offices, Branches, and Sub-branches, and ensure execution of corresponding work plans. 11. Execute, in coordination with and with approval from the Labor Relations Department, personnel termination processes, voluntary resignations, administrative minutes, warnings, final settlements, severance payments, and personnel incidents. 12. Implement human resources service model-related plans and strategies, and collaborate in identifying related needs. 13. Provide advisory support to employees regarding interpretation and compliance with internal HR regulations, as well as institutional health and safety recommendations and measures. 14. Collaborate in addressing external authorities associated with health and safety processes—such as Civil Protection, Ministry of Labor and Social Prevention, and Ministry of Health and Assistance—during inspection visits within their area, to ensure compliance with current regulations. 15. Execute administrative control of documents and evidence related to implementation of payroll, labor relations, health and safety, talent attraction and integration, and organizational development plans and processes. Requirements: * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Human Capital Development, or Industrial Relations. * Experience implementing talent attraction and integration, payroll, labor relations, health and safety, training, and organizational development processes. * Willingness to travel.
