V. is seeking an Optometrist in Chihuahua, Chihuahua** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PROFESSIONAL LICENSE AND DEGREE IN OPTOMETRY (TECHNICAL OR BACHELOR’S LEVEL) ARE MANDATORY. * Serve customers by performing product tests to identify their needs. * Know the merchandise, its features, and selling prices within the Department. * Provide personalized customer service and perform sales activities. * Properly organize and handle departmental merchandise. * Transport merchandise to the sales floor to restock the Department. * Maintain cleanliness of the work area, display cases, niches, shelves, floors, and merchandise. * Update prices and labels on departmental merchandise. * Detect primary visual disorders such as astigmatism and myopia through optical examinations. * Provide preventive and occupational advice that may affect ocular health (visual ergonomics). * Operate instruments for measuring and evaluating visual function and ocular structures (Phoropter, Tonometer). * Prescribe appropriate contact lenses for each eye type. * Process and prepare Sanborns Credit Card applications to encourage customers to purchase eyeglasses and undergo examinations at our stores.
