We are the leading company in marketing graphic industry supplies nationwide, with 25 branches across the country—and we’re expanding further. **Job Mission:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise inventory and supply requirements for the Distribution Center (CEDIS), ensuring efficient and timely material management as well as optimal utilization of available resources. **Requirements to apply:** * Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). * Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 preferred). * Conduct demand analysis, inventory control, and stock rotation. * Validate and manage purchase requisitions for orders and stock levels. * Prepare reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Monitor and control material movements between branches and central warehouses. * Analyze and optimize manufacturing orders and planning criteria. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Registering new product SKUs and new suppliers. * Reviewing and validating purchase requisitions for stock and special orders. * Monitoring and controlling inventory management and rotation across branches. * Analyzing and generating material replenishment suggestions for branches. * Preparing and submitting planning schedules to sales teams per branch. * Coordinating surplus material transfers between branches and the CEDIS. * Tracking special sales requests and resolving related issues. * Creating and managing manufacturing orders—including analysis, corrections, and cancellations. * Generating periodic supply reports and performance indicators (KPIs). * Submitting specific material requests to key suppliers such as 3M and Plastiglas. * Updating and maintaining planning criteria and Continuous Supply Programs (PAC). * Implementing supply chain improvements to optimize lead times and costs. * Coordinating denial controls and ensuring timely resolutions. * Complying with departmental policies, processes, and regulations. **Benefits upon joining us:** * Life insurance * Vehicle insurance * Savings fund * Credit union (savings box) * Minor medical expenses program for family members * Free general physician consultations at a private clinic * Optical services * Dental care * Psychological consultation and therapy at preferential rates * Additional year-end bonus days * Additional bonuses * Vacation advance program * Monday–Friday work schedule * On-site cafeteria Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $15,300.00 – $20,200.00 per month Benefits: * Credit union (savings box) * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Cafeteria service Work location: On-site
