Develop and implement medical surveillance programs We are looking for our new **OCCUPATIONAL NURSE/NURSING OFFICER FOR A METALLURGICAL COMPANY** **TEMPORARY** **What experience, skills, and knowledge are required?** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing with valid license and diploma (Mandatory) * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience * Availability to cover the requested shifts **Skills:** * Problem analysis and resolution * Adherence to standards and procedures * Effective communication * Results orientation * Customer service focus * Teamwork * Decision-making * Time management **Key Responsibilities:** * Participate in scheduled activities. * Participate in compliance with Mexican Official Standard NOM-030-STPS-2009. * Maintain records, reports, forms, communications, and provide occupational health advisory services. * Participate in assigned safety and hygiene activities to prevent occupational accidents and illnesses. * Monitor implementation and compliance with emergency health response plans. Track and manage occupationally exposed personnel. * Develop, implement, and monitor medical surveillance programs. * Administer and manage the medical clinic (medication and supply inventories, furniture and equipment, Biological-Infectious Hazardous Waste (BIHW), logs). * Manage clinical records in accordance with Mexican Official Standard NOM-004-SSA3-2012, on Clinical Records. * Conduct and interpret health examinations for occupationally exposed personnel (audiometry and spirometry). * Coordinate campaigns with public and private institutions. * Issue fitness recommendations. * Issue permits for high-risk work activities. * Implement and monitor compliance with the wellness program. **What do we offer and why join us?** * Gross monthly salary: $13,260.00 MXN * Statutory benefits from day one + Life insurance * Effective training programs with academic credit value * Discount and health benefits membership for you and up to 10 additional beneficiaries **What is your work schedule?** * Monday to Friday, 3:45 PM to 12:45 AM **Where will you work?** * Complejo Industrial las Américas, 31114 Chihuahua, Chih.
