




Job Summary: Coordinates and supervises security personnel, conducts inspections, evaluates performance, investigates incidents, manages risks, and handles training and customer relations. Continuous training and customer relationship Coordination and scheduling: Organizes and assigns tasks to surveillance personnel, establishes work schedules, and ensures adequate service coverage. Patrols and validation: Conducts on-site visits to verify service compliance, perimeter security, and proper equipment operation. Performance evaluation: Assesses adherence to security standards and instructions, identifies training needs, and provides feedback to staff. Incident investigation: Investigates and analyzes security incidents, reviews logs, and, if necessary, takes photographs or reviews video footage to document events. Risk detection: Identifies unsafe acts and conditions at monitored locations to prevent risks and propose improvements to security systems. Induction and training: Provides orientation for new personnel and delivers continuous training to enhance team skills in operational procedures and emergency response. Staff guidance: Instructs personnel on job functions, company policies, security protocols, and service methodologies. Report preparation: Generates detailed reports on activities, incidents, and overall security service management. Interdepartmental coordination: Collaborates with other company departments and authorities to ensure an integrated security strategy. Customer relationship: Maintains good relations with clients, informs them of updates, and ensures their satisfaction with the service.
