We are looking for a Junior Manager with extensive experience in the logistics industry to develop their skills within the company. Responsibilities of the position include: * Ensure operational discipline * Timely handling and routing of incidents on the road, informing the client of any relevant occurrences. * Guarantee that operations are completed on time and as required * Ensure that units under supervision are in optimal condition for operation (mechanical and aesthetic) * Prepare and consolidate the daily operations report and unit status * Guarantee fair distribution of workload among operators * Ensure profitability of the fleet under supervision * Maintain customer service levels and manage supervised personnel Regarding benefits and salary, the offered monthly salary ranges from $30,000 to 35,000 pesos net.
