




Plans, directs, and coordinates the work team composed of engineers and technicians, controls and improves technical information management processes (drawings, part numbers, cut sheets, bills of materials, deviations, etc.) for finished product manufacturing, with the common objective of driving the department's key performance indicators: First-time quality (FTQ) in: * Cut sheets * Schematics * Bill of materials. On-time delivery (OTD) in: * Launch/Introduction of new products (NPI) * Business transfers * Engineering changes (planned, in execution, emergent) * Deviations Reduction of excess and obsolete raw material inventory Achievement of established targets in Design In / VaVe and Direct Usage projects. Ensure proper alignment and support to central areas, business needs, and company interests. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed degree in engineering * Advanced English proficiency * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the harness industry * Availability to travel * Strong focus on implementations and follow-up with multidisciplinary teams Job type: Full-time Salary: $1.00 - $2.00 per day Work location: On-site employment
