




The Planning Manager is responsible for managing finished product planners, controlling established processes to generate production plans that meet customer needs, ensuring optimal inventory levels. EDUCATION REQUIRED: Completed degree in engineering or bachelor's program Advanced English (spoken and written) APICS certification (desirable) EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTITUDES: Advanced knowledge of MPS/MRP Microsoft Office Advanced knowledge of AS400/BPCS or similar systems General knowledge of engineering changes and new products Negotiation skills Effective communication Results-oriented Problem analysis Leadership Open to change Strategic planning ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND AUTHORITY OF THE POSITION: Calculate, distribute and measure required capacity to meet demand coverage Maintain accurate forecast levels in the master production schedule (MPS) Ensure production schedule aligns with established capacity Resolve discrepancies in parameters within AS400 Job type: Full time Salary: $1.00 \- $2.00 per day Experience: * Production planning: 7 years (Desirable) Work location: On-site job
