LEARNING \& DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST Location Chihuahua, Chihuahua, MX Responsible for ensuring proper training of operational staff following the LOFT methodology to achieve or maintain the necessary competence. Responsible for leading and coordinating training activities within an organization. This role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to ensure employees acquire the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively. **Main Responsibilities** * Assign trainers to new, internal, or reassigned personnel. * Validate operational staff certifications and follow up on recertifications. * Certify trainers in collaboration with area supervisors or engineers. * Audit manufacturing processes (training, safety, and operation sequence) and follow up on corrective actions. * Create and update certifications and training materials according to process changes. * Manage the certification system and job descriptions for operational staff. * Coordinate and certify the **Train the Trainers** and **LOFT** programs. * Supervise the correct delivery of training by trainers. * Develop, schedule, and deliver special training for operational staff. * Organize induction courses and cosmetic criteria for inspection station personnel. * Maintain updated records, versatility matrices, and training files. * Prepare weekly and monthly results reports. * Manage assigned personnel (vacations, overtime, performance, etc.). **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Psychology, or related field. * Minimum of **2\-3 years** of experience in training or industrial training roles. * Knowledge of **ISO 13485**, **LOFT training programs**, and **Train the Trainer**. * Experience in process audits and document control of certifications. * Ability to develop training materials and modules. * Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. * Intermediate proficiency in management systems and Office software.
