We are seeking a **Tower Installation Team Leader** for the installation of **telecom towers** **Region 2** (Chihuahua and Durango) — for Ericsson equipment deployed for client AT&T. **WE OFFER:** * Direct employment contract with the company. * Bi-weekly payments. * Statutory benefits. * Ongoing paid training. * Job stability. * Career development plan within the company. * Weekly per diem allowances. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum education level: Basic education (Junior High School and/or High School). * Valid, up-to-date documents. * Customer service orientation. * Release letters. * Letters of recommendation. **EXPERIENCE:** * Experience installing radio base stations at sites (Dalia, R&R, Overlay, New Sites) for Telcel (New Sites, Giga, SAO, indoor/outdoor modernization). * Electrical work across various voltage levels. * Fiber optic installations, placement of power feeds in load centers, cabinets, and conduits. * Cable dressing and jumper installation, among other installation tasks as specified in OTAs and/or Blueprints. * Full swap of mounts, antennas, and radios. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Working under pressure. * Problem solving. * Teamwork. * Assertive communication. * Radio base station installation. * Fault detection. * Equipment commissioning. * Alarm validation. **EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE AS A CREW LEADER FOR ERICSSON EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION REQUIRED!** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work location: On-site
