You will be responsible for operating the automatic panel saw **SCM Gabbiani P80** efficiently and precisely, executing optimized cutting orders to transform melamine, MDF, and plywood panels into the exact parts requested by our customers, guaranteeing maximum finishing quality, meeting delivery deadlines, and optimizing material yield. **What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities?** * **Equipment Operation (SCM Gabbiani P80\):** Safely use the lifting table to position panel stacks and handle materials on air-cushion/suction-pad support tables to prevent scratches. * **Cutting Process:** Load and execute optimization programs in the machine’s control system according to production orders. * **Quality Control:** Verify dimensions of the first pieces from each batch using a precision tape measure and perform continuous visual inspection to ensure clean cuts (no chipping of melamine surface). * **Identification:** Properly label processed parts to facilitate flow to the next process or final delivery. * **Basic Maintenance:** Perform daily cleaning of sawdust from guides, sensors, and disc areas; apply basic lubrication; assist in safe removal of saw blades for sharpening. **What Requirements Must You Meet?** * **Education:** Completed secondary school or Technical High School diploma. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months to 1 year operating panel saws, dimensioning machines, or industrial cutting machinery in carpentry workshops or timber plants. * **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * Expert use and interpretation of measuring instruments (tape measure, precise reading of millimeters and inches). * Knowledge of panel types (MDF, melamine, particleboard, plywood). * Industrial safety practices (mandatory use of safety glasses, earplugs, and safety footwear). * **Key Skills:** High attention to detail, precision, safety focus, and excellent service attitude. **What Do We Offer?** * **Salary:** $2,500\.00 MXN per week, **tax-free**. * **Commission Scheme:** Monthly commissions based on your productivity and skill level. * **Statutory Benefits:** IMSS, Infonavit, Christmas bonus (aguinaldo), vacation pay, and profit-sharing (PTU) as required by law. * **Enhanced Benefits & Perks:** * **Savings Fund** at 7%. * **Free uniforms**, provided twice per year. * Direct employment contract with the company (job stability). * Excellent work environment and training on advanced industrial equipment. **Work Schedule:** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Saturday:** 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Are You Interested in This Opening?** If you meet the profile and have experience operating cutting machinery, apply through this channel by attaching your updated CV or job application — and we’ll contact you promptly!
