We are currently seeking talent for the position of **SOFTWARE SUPPORT ENGINEER** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Administrative Informatics, Computer Science, Computer Systems, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Proficiency in SQL Server 2012 or later. * Database analysis, modification, and design. * Solid knowledge of administrative systems and processes is mandatory. * ERP implementation and support experience is desirable. **Responsibilities:** * Handling requests, managing and modifying databases. * Generating reports. * Assisting clients to resolve incidents occurring in developed tools. * Providing technical support and maintenance for tools. * Analyzing and developing end-user requirements using proprietary or external tools (SQL, Visual Basic, etc.). * Advising users on tool usage. **Must be available for local and international travel.** **We offer:** * Direct employment. * Training
