




**JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsible for serving and preparing drinks for customers, managing inventories and controlling supplies in their area, as well as ensuring proper use of each item, and maintaining order and cleanliness of all equipment in the area according to quality and hygiene standards at the National Equestrian Catering Event at Harás del Bosque. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Experience in the field * Customer service and attention * Flexible availability * Responsible and committed **MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\. Before beginning drink preparation, the area must be in perfect sanitary condition. 2\. Prepare drinks according to order instructions, recipes, and establishment standards. 3\. Serve drinks at the recommended temperature, using the appropriate service equipment, in accordance with establishment policies. 4\. Prepare necessary equipment and supplies to provide service. 5\. Clean and prepare areas for bar service. 6\. Identify customer needs and confirm them to satisfy diners’ demands. 7\. Apply standard procedures, recipes, wines, and liquors from the bar to deliver quality service to customers. 8\.
