**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:*** Oversee, coordinate, and train nurses and doctgors of the different shifts to ensure the steady and quality function of the medical service * First aid assistance in case of emergency and emergency procedures implementation * Be the First Aid Emergency Coordinator * Medical care in the first instance to all employees, subcontractors, and contractors * Monitoring the IMSS, to cases of disabling accidents * Follow up the corrective actions and the safety observations, in order to reduce unsafe conditions and work risks. * Support in the process to perform analyses ergonomics, in order to reduce and eliminate work risks. * Plan, organize. and schedule campaigns and preventive health programs for workers. * Communication with the public health system, SSA, IMSS in order to search for supplies for health programs. * Perform the audits of hygienic manipulation of food in the cafeteria area and perform the microbiologic filters of new employees of cafeteria team * Collaborate with reports of accidents, incidents, daily assistance, and all information that can serve as measures of workers health. * Responsible for Medical Service, material and / or equipment setting up the onsite medical/nursing area, order \& stock supplies. * Managing the delivery of adapted eyeglasses in agreement with optical * Scheduling periodic medical examinations for staff from different areas that require it, to comply with the regulations of STPS * Direct support to medical plant in conducting examinations for new employees * Perform accident and incident investigation, and other health damage. * Follow any employee who suffers an incident and / or accident, from inception to reintegration into your workspace. * Place and oversee the quote request, purchase order request, and invoice process * Support the realization of cultural, social and sports activities for the integration and development of staff and their families. * Support the follow up of safety observations by checking the advancement status in registrations, interviewing the action owner and verifying the fixing or improvement in the area of finding. * Complies with all safety policies, reports immediately any situation of risk and actively participates with actions to improve safety in his area of control. * Control the resources assigned by the company to the department .
