**Job Description:** We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with experience in industrial equipment and machinery, preferably in **walnut processing machines**, to ensure proper operation, preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, guaranteeing operational continuity and compliance with safety standards. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on process machinery (crushers, sorters, conveyor belts, elevators, etc.). * Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical failures. * Carry out adjustments, repairs, and component replacements. * Maintain maintenance records and failure reports. * Comply with industrial safety and hygiene standards. * Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment. * Coordinate with production to minimize downtime. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechanics, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance. * **Experience in walnut processing plants or agro-industry (preferred).** * Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic systems, and basic hydraulics. * Ability to read electrical and mechanical diagrams (desirable). * Availability for shift work.
