Consistent machinery and projects Requirements: * Minimum experience operating heavy equipment. * Proper and responsible operation of bulldozers and/or motor graders. * Basic knowledge of leveling, grading, cuts, fills, and platform finishing. * Ability to work toward project objectives and deadlines. * Punctuality and consistent attendance. * Responsible attitude, willingness to work, and professional commitment. * Careful and proper use of assigned machinery. * Immediate availability. * Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance and fault reporting is desirable.
