Bank and accounts payable reconciliations ACCOUNTS PAYABLE The primary purpose of the Accounts Payable position is to ensure the company fulfills its financial obligations timely, accurately, and efficiently. Main Responsibilities * Invoice management and validation: Review invoices to ensure compliance with tax requirements, alignment with purchase orders, and proper authorizations. * Supplier payment scheduling: Serve as the primary contact point to resolve inquiries regarding payment status, rejected invoices, or discrepancies. * Bank and accounts payable reconciliations: Compare internal accounting records with supplier statements to identify and correct variances.
