**Estimation Analyst** **Position Objective** Analyze, develop, and validate project cost estimates to ensure accurate and timely information that supports sound decision-making and project profitability. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop construction estimates and budgets based on drawings, specifications, and item catalogs. * Analyze direct and indirect costs, materials, labor, and equipment. * Request and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. * Track cost adjustments and change control. * Support the Projects and Operations areas in financial planning. * Maintain up-to-date price and cost databases. * Prepare cost reports and comparative analyses. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in estimating and budgeting. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * SAP\-AUTOCAD experience preferred. * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset. * Organizational and time management skills. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Job stability and professional growth. * Involvement in significant projects.
