**Description** Responsible for the construction of urban and infrastructure projects in accordance with time planning, budget, and the necessary quality standards required for project execution. **Specific Functions** \- Supervise urban and infrastructure construction to meet required timelines and quality standards. \- Monitor and control all processes involved in specific construction activities. \- Track and manage construction progress schedules. \- Generate and manage construction estimates. \- Directly liaise with government institutions. \- Produce work volume data for quotation or execution purposes. \- Responsible for surveying, site layout, and maintaining order and cleanliness at urban construction sites.
