Create and provide documents for import/export shipments. o Track and manage customs-controlled import shipments timely to avoid charges. o Validate information provided by the Shipping Department against the ERP system. o Prepare U.S. and Mexican documents (invoice under FTA where applicable). b. Implementation of Audits o Identify areas of opportunity to ensure correct import/export processes. o Maintain the ZOE IT system updated (descriptions, values, UoM, weight). o Update the database with new products (RM and FG). c. Multidisciplinary Collaboration o Work and maintain close communication with the Shipping Department, RBI (ELP warehouse), and U.S./MX customs brokers to declare accurate information to CBP. o Validate costs (BOL vs. MAPICS/CI) 4\. Experience: * Minimum 2 years in the maquiladora industry * Practical experience in customs procedures and working with ERP/MRP systems. MAPICS/M3 is an advantage. * Practical experience with Zoe IT Customs (PL, CI, Entries). 6\.
