Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Technician and/or Field Engineer to perform installations, component replacements, preventive and corrective maintenance, and provide technical support with excellent customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Field engineering role with experience in hardware and technical support 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer systems 3. Customer service in resolving technical support tickets ***IMPORTANT: LEADING ENGINEERING COMPANY IS SEEKING:*** FIELD TECHNICIAN AND/OR FIELD ENGINEER **Requirements**: Age: 20 years or older Experience: Minimum one year as a field technician and/or engineer Basic knowledge of CCTV Education: Technical or professional degree in systems, computer science, telecommunications, or related fields **Work schedule availability: Monday to Sunday (rest days rotate)** Responsibilities: Physical installation and/or uninstallation of hardware Replacement of defective computer components (Routers, Switches, Antennas, Switches, Telephones) Perform preventive and corrective maintenance Respond to and resolve technical support tickets Provide excellent customer service and support. **WE OFFER:** *MONTHLY SALARY NEGOTIABLE BETWEEN $10,000 AND $12,000 NET* STATUTORY BENEFITS FROM YOUR FIRST DAY DIRECT EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT WITH THE COMPANY If you are interested and meet the profile, please apply through this channel.
