




Position Summary: A professional responsible for sales administration and control of units, documentation management, invoicing, sales reporting, and audit support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales administration and unit file management. 2. Documentation management and invoicing for new vehicles. 3. Sales reporting on the plant portal and REPUVE. * Manage sales and unit file control. * Review and verify complete documentation for new vehicle files according to the PLD manual process. * Invoice sold new vehicles (including trade-ins). * Report sold units on the plant portal. * Control and record new unit inventory purchases in TD. * Report each unit sale to REPUVE. * Support floor plan and single-price plan audits. * Submit PLD declarations. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES Education: \- Preferably a university graduate. Experience: \- Sales administration, customer service.
