PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

Description

Position Summary: Supervises and manages project execution, from initial planning through assembly and functional testing, including resource management. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end project management and supervision of assembly execution. 2. Coordination of human resources and materials for projects. 3. Development of work plans and assembly protocols. Receive and review the Internal Work Order with Project Management, and report any questions or potential deviations from the planned work. Develop the assembly work plan for projects. Define personnel requirements for ongoing projects. Manage the human resources required to execute projects. Coordinate timely availability of materials for project assembly. Anticipate requirements for tools, materials, and/or equipment necessary for project execution. Supervise the assembly execution of SUP/CSR panels. Manage engineering authorizations for project assembly. Monitor the process using performance indicators. Request daily material withdrawals from warehouse. Develop assembly protocols. Notify internal/external customers to commence functional testing. Supervise product preparation for shipment. Submit 'HH' record report to Project Management. Return unused materials to warehouse upon project completion.
