Drives financial performance and value creation **Position: Business Controller Sr. Expert** **Position Profile** The Senior Expert Business Controller develops and promotes new theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies within their area of specialization. Their work is generally accepted without modification and is recognized both inside and outside the organization as a benchmark in their field. (This position typically requires more than 10 years of relevant experience). The Business Controller is a key partner to leadership across all organizational areas. Their primary responsibilities include: * Collaborating with and advising business teams to achieve outstanding financial performance. * Driving and supporting financial performance, risk management, and value creation. * Defining financial governance principles that support business models. * Developing, implementing, and managing policies and guidelines related to forecasting, financial indicators, performance metrics, cost calculations, working capital, and investments. * Analyzing and monitoring financial and operational performance to support executive teams, proposing and driving corrective actions. * Participating in financial review meetings with various stakeholders as needed. * Providing ad hoc financial and operational analyses to support strategic and tactical decision-making. * Preparing financial performance reports and analyses for senior leadership and governance bodies, including recommendations and early warnings. **Key Responsibilities:** * Recommending operational strategies and plans with direct impact on results. * Influencing business decisions made by senior leadership. * Resolving complex, multidimensional problems. * Communicating with executive leadership on strategically important topics. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday * Work location: Tultitlan Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $150,000\.00 \- $170,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
