**SUMMARY:** Collaborate with the leadership team (Leaders, Supervisors, Managers and Directors) In all departments to proactively identify future hiring needs; Be able to attract candidates using different resources (recruiting tools, social media, employee referrals, etc.), hire and retain the best employees for the different positions and the company.
