We are committed to creating an environment where every team member feels included, respected, empowered and recognised. **What You Can Expect** ----------------------- Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring proper use of materials and consumables through guidance to physicians to guarantee service satisfaction. **Your Background** ------------------- * Attend scheduled procedures, ensuring arrival 60 minutes prior to the scheduled time. * Assist surgeons during joint replacement, revision, removal, sports medicine, spine, and other procedures, ensuring proper technique application. * Ensure availability of necessary materials to support the procedure. * Receive and perform material counts, document usage, and record any related findings. * Clean surgical instruments upon completion of surgery and ensure proper CEyE (Central Sterile Supply Department) processing. * Ensure appropriate return of materials according to company instructions or protocols. * Guarantee accurate logbook registration, ensuring inclusion of labels for used materials and signatures from physicians and corresponding hospital staff. ç * Accurately record consumable usage based on each hospital’s specific process to ensure correct surgical billing. * Track personal expenses for verification purposes. * Support documentation of incidents occurring during surgery. Required Education and Experience * EDUCATION: Technical degree in health-related fields * LANGUAGE: Spanish * EXPERIENCE: One year of experience as a surgical instrument technician; KNOWLEDGE: Joint replacement and trauma surgeries * Professional appearance and courtesy. * Commitment to communication. * Customer orientation. **Work Model** This role requires approximately 90% on-site work (four days per week), with one day possible remotely.
