




* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Gastronomy, Nutrition, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years verifiable experience in the same position * Monitoring sales, profitability, and productivity indicators to make strategic decisions. * Customer service and negotiation strategies * Budget control and optimization of financial and human resources * Financial statement analysis * Inventory control and tracking * Monitoring and control of KPIs and objective-based work * Conflict management and ability to work under pressure * Advanced computer skills * Operation of standard vehicles (4x4) * Management of operations and logistics across multiple units * Follow-up on improvement plans for senior management. * Supervise comprehensive operations of industrial dining facilities * Ensure compliance with client contracts * Availability to travel and work mining shifts.
