(MBA or postgraduate degree preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in similar positions, preferably NOT within the same industry. * **Skills:** * Leadership and team management * Negotiation * Results orientation * Effective communication * Strategic analysis * **Knowledge:** CRM systems, market analysis, sales techniques, budget preparation. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Achievement of sales targets and business results. * Brand expansion and market positioning. * Customer base retention and strengthening. * Sales team productivity and high performance. * Profitability and margin generated per sale. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM * Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM **Salary:** * $25,000.00 gross base salary plus commissions * Additional benefits beyond statutory requirements * Life insurance * Career growth opportunities Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Monthly Salary: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Sales Manager: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
